The ARP is a science-centered mass media platform which seeks to undo the effects of colonialism on the African psyche and economic situation, by dealing with those social and historical topics the Western media ignores – those questions which affect Africans the most. These are topics centered on pre-colonial African history, African languages and cultures, racial inequality, the roots of racism etc. They are also questions of identity and self-pride in a world which functions to constantly demonize Africans and other black peoples internationally.
